I would like to get a group together to go to the news channels. I also have contacted the governor's office and was told we should contact the presiding judge, Norman Davis. Anyone willing to go forward with me?

  1. I would. How do we contact each other? I clearly had an unfair experience as well.

  3. Ok... So I have talked with other attorneys and I have basically been told that judges do not care about sociopath parents and they will give them the children anyways. I have been told that I will just have to wait until something really bad happens! I as told just to give in, because they will win every time!!! Unbelievable, huh?

  4. In the judges' defense, I am sure they must get tired of hearing all the back and forth divorce crap that comes before them, and that pro per individuals "piss the judges off." Clearly we are not attorneys and we are not going to represent ourselves as such. This is what I am told by an attorney. But if they cannot continue to take their job seriously, truly looking at what the situation is that is occurring, that is before them, and acting fairly and in the child's best interest, they should not be on the bench. They clearly need to recognize control and abuse when it is happening.

Being successful with a motion for a change of judge with cause is apparently unheard of. Appeals are financially untouchable for most of us.

Update: I contact the office of Judge Norman Davis, per instruction of the governor's office. I was told that he is administrative only and would not speak to me. You would think the governor's office would know this, huh?

So, I see no options for us to truly protect our children, and to escape the abuse of our ex's unless we have the money in our court, or something really bad happens to our children. Hard to accept...
