Ok so now my attorney is steering me away from going back in front of Judge Talamante. How am
I supposed to protect my child and myself? I need a change of judge, but I understand changes of judge with cause are rarely granted. Any suggestions from anyone? Anyone else had any luck with this? So I either give in to things I don't agree with or go back and take a risk on what Judge Talamante wil do.

  3. Judge Talamante issued a judgement in my dissolution of marriage proceeding that I can prove violates statutory law, case law and US constitutional law. Worst of all he violated his oath of office in doing so. But I'm now broke in consequence of his ruling and I'm not able to appeal. However, in fairness to Judge Talamante, it's important to recognize his division is understaffed, overloaded, and subject to bureaucratic encumbrances similar to any similar type of organization. It's unreasonable to believe any judge, including Judge Talamante, can perform their duties perfectly.

  4. HELP ME!!!! He has torn my family apart!!!!! I don't know what to do and I don't have the financial support to fix this. My daughter is nine, and what Tallemante had done to her and my other children is insane. I scanned what you said and will print tomorrow but there has to be something I can do. If this keeps happening then there are others. He hates women!!!! but MOTHERS are being torn from their children. I signed up with the blogging website, I am momonfire
